Simple 60/40 Commission

You always know your share.

You receive 60% of the final selling price. House & Co. retains 40% and covers ordinary selling expenses from our share.

No separate marketplace commission, standard shipping expense, photography fee, listing fee, or promotional expense is deducted from your 60%.

The selling price excludes separately collected sales tax and buyer-paid shipping, if any.
